2-In-1 Modular Ballistic Helmet System

• ICW NIJ III+ Rated Ballistic Plate

Designed to adapt to different mission requirements, this 2-in-1 modular helmet system allows users to quickly adjust the level of ballistic protection without replacing the entire helmet.

When Level IIIA ballistic and fragmentation protection is required, the Level IIIA helmet provides the necessary protection in a complete, ready-to-use configuration.

When the operational environment requires additional rifle-threat protection, the ICW NIJ III+ ballistic plate can be installed over the IIIA helmet in less than 30 seconds using the integrated hook-and-loop attachment system.

The modular construction provides a practical solution for missions where protection requirements can change rapidly. Instead of carrying a fully assembled rifle-rated helmet throughout the entire operation, users can carry the additional ICW plate separately and install it only when the higher level of protection is required.

This makes the system particularly suitable for combat operations, urban environments, patrols, defensive positions, and other situations where rapid changes in protection level may be necessary.
