Given the unique nature of our business, our ballistic products are subject to strict oversight and regulation by both Chinese and international export licensing authorities. These regulations dictate where and to whom we can export our products, particularly in the case of bulk orders. In general, exporting a contracted tender order of body armor products necessitates the submission of an End User Certificate and a Broker Certificate to the relevant governmental authority.
