Although the Skeleton Outer Belt is designed as a one-size-fits-most system, the actual adjustment range depends on how the belt is configured.

When used together with the Inner Belt, the sizing range can expand further because the front hardware does not need to directly connect — the outer belt mounts securely through the Inner Belt interface.

When used as a stand-alone belt, the adjustment range is slightly reduced because the front hardware connection must still be engaged.

The Skeleton Outer Belt accommodates approximately:

• Minimum size: 28" waist

• Maximum size: 48" waist

This range is achieved with the sleeves fully closed to minimise and the webbing tightened to its tightest length, or opened and the webbing extended to its maximum adjustment length while securely looping back into position.

Inner Belt Sizing: 

Measure your waist through your trouser belt loops while wearing the uniform or clothing you intend to use with the belt. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for the best fit. Please note that the actual belt length may vary by ±1 inch (±2.5 cm) due to manufacturing tolerances, and the buckle style may also slightly affect the overall fit.
